unauthorized charges
Charged my credit card and I have never even heard of this company before. I don't know anything about them but they charged my card for 29.99.

this is a company that took $14.95 from my debit card without authorization for a free credit report i am reporting them to my state attorney general

fraud
This company charged me $1.00 handeling fee for a "free" credit report then turned around and charged me $14.95 for who knows what. I want my money back or I will contact a lawyer.

Charging credit card without my approval
They are charging me for a credit report that I didn't even apply for. I didn't even receive a credit report. Every month they are trying to get $14.95 off of my card and luckily it is a walmart money card and I don't keep enough money on here for them to get their hands on.

charges for a free report
I went to their website for a FREE credit report and now they are charging me $14.95 even though the whole time I was doing the report the on-line calculator showed a zero balance. Thansk goodness I bank with USAA, they will take care of it, but people need to know there is NO reason to give them your info for anything free! Companies that advertise "Free" shouldn't be allowed to charge, in the old days this would be called "False advertising!"
