UNWANTED TRANSACTIONS
To whom it may concern
I am getting billed $14.95 a month all of a sudden for a service I have not requested, wanted or use. I request that you immediately stop any and all charges to my credit card. Failure to do so will result in me consulting with and taking legal action to ensure this is stopped.

CIC Triple Advantage Fraudulent charges
Just like many others I see on this site who have made complaints, I too have been charged for 2 months for $14.95 for something I didn't sign up for, did not want and feel have been fraudulently charged by this company. I just called and cancelled this rip off and am able to get $14.95 refunded but they are "stealing" the other $14.95. I will be making a complaint further. All they kept telling me was that this was on the website that it would be automatically charged monthly but I certainly never sat that nor did I realize that I was being charged anything other than a 1-time hold on my credit card. This company should be shut down and the confusion between www.freecreditreport.com and www.annualfreecreditreport.com (which is legitimate and through the government) should be stopped.

Billed $14.95/mo for unauthorized credit report subscription
I have been billed for an unauthorized subscription to Free Credit report. This billing shows up as CIC Triple Advantage on my credit card. I am having a terrible time trying to contact them and get unsubscribed. I would call this fraud and am determined to get this stopped.

Tryed free credit report then have been billed ever since.
It may be in the fine print but it is nothing more than a scam and I see many other victums listed complaints. Sham I am a senior living on Sos. Sec. that is my living money. I am a good citizen veterian of the U.S.Coast Guard and this was unwarranted and undeserved . This seems too be a common scam on the internet snagging unsuspecting victoms.

Credit Card Charges
Thought I was getting a free report, ended up w/ a monthly charge of $14.95 on my credit card. When I complained, was told the account would be cancelled and I would receive a credit on the next billing. When I called again, talked to "Latia" who said there would be no refund. She could not or would not transfer me to a supervisor and would not give me a number or adress to contact.

Signed up for free credit report!
They wanted credit card fvor verification!
Said card would not be charged!
Now a charge for $14.95 appears on that credit card!
Called them to cancel???????
Called credit card company to dispute charges!

Refund
Received a charge on my account after getting my free credit report. Contacted in 18 days and requested them to cancel. Advised they would cancel but I could not get a refund. I advised her according to website I had 30 days to cancel this she stated this was changed and I only had 7 days. So much for a "FREE" credit report.

charges without my approval
I do not want to see anymore charges to my credit card for whatever they are selling. I have not requested any such service, whatever it is. I expect to see some credits in the amounts of 14.95 each of the past months.

unauthorized double billed monthly charges
I do not know how or why the charges for cic triple advantage began. I am charged 2x /month on my credit card for this unauthorized service?
I have asked for the service and charges to cease- but am still being charged monthly...twice!
