scam
It show 30 days free trial. The account was opened on 11/20 and by the 30th, they charged 14.95. I called and they say under the fine print that I have to cancell within 9 days. It took me a long time to find that 9 days statement and my bank card dont' want to help.

Unauthorized charge to AMEX card
On November 28th I was charged $14.98 by CIC Triple Advantage. This happened a couple of weeks after requesting a free credit report on the internet. Please advise on how to stop this.

Charging my Credit Card for???
Scam billing our credit card Visa for $14.95 for both my husband and myself each month for credit service "Never" signed up for. Will call bank and cancel my Visa Card or ask what needs to be done. I called 1-800-492-3042 to cancel subscription and they deny that we are even in the system.

Unauthorized Soliciting!
I have no clue what CIC Triple Advantage is!
One day I get online to check my credit card statement and I see this appearing on the list! I have been charged 14.95. This company is with classmates.com. I remember the last time I put my credit card online was for classmates.com.
This company is a fraud and a scam. They have taken my credit card from classmates and phished to scam me! I will be taking a lawsuit against them!

You have been taking money out of my debit card. Why??? I have not received anything and I didn't authorize you to. I want you to quit billing me and take me off any e-mail lists.

Misleading
While the initial homepage states in microscopic print that you will charged for credit monitoring at the end of the trial report, further pages state your credit card will not be charged. It should state very clearly on the page with the credit card information request that the company plans on billing you for a service.
The website is misleading and taking advantage of people. It entices individuals with the free credit report and conceals the fact that it will charge for an unnecessary service. The company should be fined heavily and forced to alter their website.
