Unauthorized charges!
I was signed up to CIC Triple advantage unknowingly and am being charged $12.95 on my credit card. I have called once and requested cancellation. Will call once more and then report to CA banking commission and consumer affairs dept.
This is just theft; no other word adequately describes it. For all you Republicans out there, this is why self-regulation of business doesn't work. For every ten honest businesspeople out there there's always some as***le like this.

charged with out consent
I went on line to get free credit report and 1 month later I recieved a 12.95 charge on my credit card. They barley gave me any information and then they want to charge me for it!!!

Keeps charging fee, service never ordered
I can't get these people to stop charging my credit card. The card company is no help either. It's been many months now. These crooks should be stopped.

Unauthorized monthly charge
After receiving my so called annual FREE CREDIT REPORT from Experian, it seems that after a free 30 day monitoring, you are automatically enrolled in their monthly monitor service at $12.95 per month. I did not get any notice to see if I wanted to continue this service, it was just done on their own. Another scam and I feel that Experian is tied in with CIC Triple Advantage to bilk the public out of money.
I called CIC to cancel and had one devil of a time trying to understand the person I was talking to. She said my membership was canceled as of 8/16/07, with no mention of a credit being given to me on my charge card. So they still got the money. Run them down the road.

Unauthorized monthly!
I paid for a one-time credit report, but did not authorize this company to charge me monthly. I am going after them; plan to write the state attorney general's office. This company is a scam!

Unauthorized charges!
I have tried to call this company to stop their deduction of $12.95 per month on my account and have not been able. I need this deduction to stop. They have been taking this amount since I believe April.
I have notified my bank and apparently it is slow moving for them as well.

Class action lawsuit!
I though I was the only person cheated by this company until I searched google for a way to cancel my membership. There are enough people with complaints to file a class action lawsuit against this company for fraudulent activities. Charging with no authority!
I did not watch my credit card charges close enough, but CIC Triple Advantage just charged my account $12. each month without my authority. They are just another SCAM outfit trying to take your money. They are a disgusting outfit and shame on them!!!

Fraudulent charges!
I tried to access a "free" credit report, and was subsequently billed 12.95 monthly for services I never signed up for. I called the company, and pressed 1 to cancel membership. This must happen a lot if the first option is cancellation. This girl on the phone was pushy and tried to insist I signed up for this service. And was reluctant to cancel my "membership". I told her there were hundreds of complaints against her company already and that I was reporting them to the better business bureau. All of the sudden she was very helpful. Until I asked to have the charges funded. She said they were non-refundable. Upon which I demanded to speak to a manager. She then "checked with her manager" and said they miraculously they had decided to refund my money. Complete scam! Unless you are really persistent they will not refund your money. Don't take no as an answer.

When I call to give my complaint, I am told no one is available. I am closing my credit card now.
