Charge without any service
In my check card report Sept 10 2007 I got a charge of $12.95 with description:

Unauthorized Charge
Yesterday a $12.95 charge appeared on my Visa charge card. I have NO IDEA who these people are and don't need ANY additional credit monitoring, since we have a free account through my wife's employer as well as FREE monthly credit rating through a Providences account. Could you please help me with getting my money back, make them, CIC*Triple Advantage, go away, perhaps put them out of their misery with this desperate greed? Any help is welcome.

Monthly charges on credit card!
CIC is billing me monthly for a service I did not sign up for, I do not use, do not need and can't seem to stop. I have called them twice in the last eight months and they said they would stop billing the $12 each time. Eight months and $96 later it still continues. These people are crooks folks!

Unauthorized billing!
I am being charged for months now. This fee of 12.95 and totally was unable to figure out when, where and how this fee comes from. This is absolutely crazy. I finally after months found this site. Thanks you guys for the phone number calling them today... Something has to be done... these son of bit**es can't keep doing this... not even my bank had information on them. I haven't even ever received any kind of notification from that at all. Not even a happy birthday greeting. So what the hell are they charging for...

Trying to cancel my subscription
Just lost my job..trying to cancel all the necessities... called this company today, spoke to "May" in Calif. Explained that I wanted to cancel as of today... she began by telling me that I was paid to 9/17 so why not let the plan ride at least till then, mean-while I would have enough time to check my credit report (which I have never used) I explained that I already belong to another program with monthly access to my reports, but she kept giving me the "run around" and would not cancel. She told me to call back after the 17th...but by that time, I will be charged another $12.95.... what to do about this situation? Can my bank be notified to stop all drafts from them???

Unauthorized Charges
CIC Triple Advantage has charged 12.95 from my checking account without authorization and there are no numbers to contact them and inquire why? If you are experiencing the same problem contact your bank and start a internal investigation.

Unauthorized charges
I did the free credit report and I have now been charged months later. I tried to get a number to cancel the charges and could not find one. I will call visa and dispute these charges.

Unauthorized charges!
I opted for a 3 in 1 credit report and used my debit card for the payment. I never opted for monthly charges of $12.00 per month. They charge my debit card monthly without authorization.
What can I do to stop this? Plz advise smb!

Unauthorized charges!
NEVER get a "free" credit report from this company. They will scam you with monthly charges for credit "surveillance". I paid 12.95 every month for 8 months before realizing the scam. They are refusing to talk to me about a refund stating I have to write a letter for anyone to talk to me.

Unauthorized billing!
Like the rest of you, I have been struggling to get my membership canceled (I didn't request one in the first place), and the charges refunded. Today, I finally found a phone number that was answered quickly. The person initially refused to refund the charges, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, she put me on hold briefly. When she came back, she told me her supervisor had authorized the refund I was requesting, and gave me her name and a confirmation number. Lorey was her name.
