FRAUD
CIC Triple Advantage has charged my credit card with someone else name associated with it for a credit report I did not request. I was told by their associate I will have to file a police report and then send a copy of the report to them for a refund. What a pain in the butt!!!
You can beat I made my police report that night and will be send them a copy for my refund. I better not have any problems with them getting my refund or this could get ugly!!!

false charges
This service is horrible. Tried to cancel and the representative started yelling at me that I indeed signed up to receive their services! I know I never did and had to yell back to get the service cancelled. The 877-481-6825 number gets you nowhere. Call 888-888-8553 to cancel.

unauthorized charges!
I have been getting $14.95 taken out of my checking account every month for something that is claimed to be FREE!!! Complete BS...will file complaints with the BBB...never authorized to take out of my account, was never told that there would be charges either!

Unauthorized Charges
All I wanted to do was check my FREE Credit Report and now they are taking out $12.95 out of my checking. The bank is making a big shit out of this instead of blocking them from taking money out of my account. I feel helpless and frustrated because when I call Triple Advantage they say they have nothing about me on file and I do not want to argue with them because I do not want them to fuck with my credit. HELP!!!

Unauthorized charges
I never entered my card information on freecreditreport.com and all the sudden I end up seeing charges monthly for $14.95. When I called the company they confirmed that I had not logged onto the site since my initial log in yet they still had charged me for 4 months of membership when they had it documented I didn't even visit the site or call or use any service rendered by them since November they refused to give me a refund and I am in the process of filing with my bank to get the issue solved!

No way to cancel subscription
Went onto Free Credit Report.com and requested a free credit report; ended up giving personal information to them and my debit card number so they could charge my account $14.95 monthly unless I cancelled the subscription with 7-days. After doing all this there was no way or number to contact anyone to cancel. So I went on the web and found alot of hits regarding this as scams. Finally after reading a couple of the ones that were labeled scam I started calling the 8oo#s only to find out they wanted my social security number which I refused to give them, they wanted my card number which I refused to give to them, they wanted my e-mail and phone number which I did give that to them. But to no avail they could not find where I had done this. So, I went back on line to find out other phone number and to no avail did I find any. ALthough they did send me a e-mail and twice I have replied back to them only for them to say they will answer my e-mail when it is my turn and they have time. So, I have decided to call my bank tomorrow morning and have my debit card number changed so they cannot charge me anything to my account. Has anyone else had this kind of problem. Only to make matters worse the person when I called the 800# did not speak English very well and not only did I have a hard time understanding him; but he was having even more difficulty in understanding me.

service I didn't receive
I signed up for the 7 day FREE trial and didn't read the fine print where they can charge my credit card if I don't call and cancel in 7 days. I forgot all about it and didn't call. Then I noticed the $14.95 charge on my credit card statement. I called to cancel but they refused to cancel the March charge. Now I'm stuck with 2 charges of $14.95 and am worried that there may be more.
I'm also concerned about my personal information being abused. Be aware of this scam.
