False charges for services not used!
They charged my card and didn't receive any emails or bills in the mail and now they charged my card for 2 months. Because card was at credit limit they charged me $39 over charge fee. So basically $64.90 it cost me for the service I haven't used.

Illegal taking of money from my VISA!
I have had money taken from my VISA card by CIC Triple Advantage for services I did not order nor want. I do not know how they got my card #. I am filing an affidavit against them at my bank for scam. This is an outrage.

Unwanted service, unauthorized charge!
I found a charge on my statement that did not look familiar, and I knew I didn't make, called my bank and found out it was CIC Triple Advantage. They had offered a free credit report online, but due to a technical issue, they could not let me look at my report. I canceled at that time, but they charged me anyway. Shame on them. I got my bank to stop any further payments to the company and credit my account, and did talk to someone at CIC and got a cancellation number, a name, and a representative ID number from her. Hopefully this will take care of the problem.

Fraudulent free credit report!
I did not sign up for this service. I didn't realize what was on my credit card statement until my wife printed the 2007 Summary and this $12.95 charge was on there since October and I wanted to know what it was. I thought that she had purchased something, but it was where I thought I was getting a one time free credit report. Like the one you are suppose to get free one time a year. I didn't sign up for this and am trying to get my money back or at least see that it is stopped!

Unauthorized debit!
As stated above, my name is Peter C. Hardin. On 01/22/08, CIC Triple Advantage debited my personal checking account in the amount of $14.95. I did not, nor to my knowledge, have I ever told CIC Triple Advantage to debit my personal account.
This is an attempt to resolve this matter quickly. This is completely unacceptable.

Unauthorized billing
I checked my credit months ago and never signed up for anything that was not free! They still charged my cc anyway. I called and spoke to a snotty person that ensured me a confirmation of cancellation of something I never signed up for would be in my email.
They will not return the money so I am doing a chargeback via my CC which will end up costing them more than is they just returned my money.

Spam for your checking account!
Do you like spam? Didn't think so. Now imagine spam that has access to your checking account! Do not sign up at www.freecreditreport.com but instead go to www.annualcreditreport.com to view your credit reports. The first sight will rip you off, while the second is backed by the gov't.

Billed credit card!
CIC Triple Advantage has billed me multiple times per month on my credit card... These are unauthorized charges and when I contacted them they claimed to cancel my account. I still got billed from them and now they claim that they have no record of a transaction yet it is on my account. They would not give me a phone number to contact someone other that the representative and gave me some mailing address to file a complaint.

Will charge you every month unauthorized!
In order to see free credit report, this company asks for your credit card information. After that they will charge you $12.95 each month without any notice or anything. I have been paying $12.95 for last three months for the service that I didn't even use or receive. Just found out today when I was going through my credit card statement, so I called them up and canceled my service. I asked for the money back and they told me they can't do it. I gave them good reason for money back. I told them why don't you check how many time I have logged into your website to check my credit report or when I was last logged in? To find out if I have been using their service or not. The representative just stayed quite for while then told me they can't refund my money. Hopefully, canceling service will stop charging my credit card.
