never ask for the service and got charged in my credit card
I got charged for a service that i have never requested. How do i get removed from this? do you know of any number to call?

Charging monthly fee unauthorized!
This company start charging me for a monthly payment for something that I never registered for. I don't know how the access my Bank Information and made some transaction to direct payment from my bank account. this company have been charging me more than $300 for a service that I never registered for.

Fraud charges!
I went on free credit report for free report. I read the statement u have to cancel within 7 days and I did. I did not notice I was charged 12.95 a month for 6 months. I am out raged and it will not stop here.

Fraud charges!
These people are obviously crooks other wise they would not use the devious methods they use to snare innocent people. Our government had to be in on this fraud other wise they would not have allowed these people to circumvent the intent of the law that was passed to give people free access to their credit report. To any one caught up in this fraud their is no escape. the company in question does not list a home address or phone number. They exist in the shadows as do most frauds and exit as leeches on society without being held responsible for there actions.

Scam charges!
I was checking out my Free Credit Report and missed the fine print telling me "When you order your free report here, you will begin your free trial membership in Triple AdvantageSM Credit Monitoring. If you don't cancel your membership within the 7-day trial period, you will be billed $14.95 for each month that you continue your membership.
Free Credit Report... not so Free if you don't read the fine print! I don't think that's fair.

Unauthorized charge to checking account!
I opened a credit report offer to view my free credit report and it indicated that if I didn't cancel that same day that I would be charged a monthly fee. I immediately canceled the service, as I am currently being monitored by a different company and do not need this service. I have never signed up with CIC Triple Advantage, don't know who they are and never agreed to pay them a cent and now they are charging me 14.95 for their service. I don't even have contact names, numbers or anything else to try to find out who they are and if I would be able to look at my report again since I already canceled the initial request for monitoring. I can tell from the other complaints that people are being affected by them and I don't want to have to lose a significant amount of money from them accessing my account if it can be stopped immediately... If anyone has suggestions please let me know.

Unwanted service!
Got an e-mail concerning credit info; opened it, closed it after realizing it was trying to get me to sign-up for a service I did not want; starting receiving bills on my bank card; got hold of the company; canceled the service I did not ask for; still receiving billings; no refunds; contacted card company to stop payments.
