Bad Cancel Policy
I have read many of the posts and I too agree this is a scam. I needed to get my free credit report to make sure a fradulent charge had dropped off, and knew by giving them my credit card number I needed to watch my statement for a charge. Whenever you give a credit card number, it's not free. BUT- when I tried to cancel, the rep told me that since it is the 7th of the month, I should wait until the end of the month to cancel and get "full benefits". I asked her if I could cancel and she said I needed to call back at the end of the month again. I cut her off and said that I would dispute this with American Express and they wouldn't get paid since I am trying to cancel and she seems to be "not letting me" which is fraud. She then said she would process my cancellation and send me a confirmation. I have NEVER been through a conversation with this many rebuttles and I am in sales!! Once a customer says "I want to cancel" there may be an objection raised but you shouldn't have to justify not wanting to have your credit card billed $14.95 per month when you are trying to FIX YOUR CREDIT WITH THIS REPORT!!! If there is anything we can do to shut this down, please let me know. I'd love to help.

cancelled trial they continue to charge
unfortunatly, we used a trial credit report agency.we did cancel within the 30day period. we have ask them to stop numerous times via phone, e-mail but to no avail .please- its been about a year its 12.00 a month x12 months for something we do not want.i realize it was a mistake but how can i make them stop?please dont say i have to put it in writting because we did!please help!!!

I Had a charge on my card from this company.I never ordered anything from them or approved this charge. I will not let this go This is BULL S_ _ T

unauthorized charges
Recieved a so called free onetime credit report and for the last 4 months have had $12 taken from my account and twice in Feb. Please send me info on how to get this stopped. And get my money back and all charges I have incurred as a result.
