I got a unauthorized $14.95 charge from this Company on my Credit card. When I called the # on my CC statement and the person started asking me questions concerning my credit card. I told them that I was not giving them that info and that I would call my credit card company and let them deal with it. I called the credit card company, told them what had happened, they put me on hold, they called the company and within 5 minutes the person was back on the line telling me that I would receive a credit on the next statement. It pays to check your statements!!

Charging me every month when I never used their services!

I too have had the same thing happen to me. Over the past few years, there have been three different accounts established in my name. After the first two, I canceled them but next time I ordered a credit report it showed up again. I am absolutely positive that the last time I ordered a credit report about a year ago, I made sure that I was not signing up for a monthly service. I carefully read ALL of the fine print, and a few months later, the monthly charge began showing up on my credit card report.

I called them today and was very persistent. I waited through all of the security questions, the standard scripted lines to each question and was continually put on hold and transferred. After the third or fourth person, they agreed to close the account and refund me all of my money. After that, I continued to persist, asking why they charged, asked for proof that I ordered and they could provide none of that.

When I finally got to the right person, they quickly refunded me, but could not answer any other questions. The company knows that it isn't doing something right, and it is beginning to get caught. I encourage everyone to call them and do the same thing. Number is 1-800-388-8725. Good luck!

On May 10, 2008 I received an unauthorized charge of $12.00 on my credit card. I do not want or use your services at this time or anyother time. I would like to have amount charged returned to my account. I have never returned to your site or logged in for any purpose.

I just saw a strange $12.95 charge on my credit card from CIC Triple Advantage. I think this is one of those credit report sites where you can get a one time free credit score online.
