Money being taken from my debit card
I have had this amount being taken from my account since February and my bank cannot give me any details on who this is payment is for. Can anyone help please or at least advise what can be done here...

The only complaint I have is that I'm being charged for something that I didn't order on this web site or anything. I have to pay an overdraft charge plus the 31.98. I will be talking to a lawyer about this.

Withdrawals without authorizations
I never authorized my card to be used for any transactions with your company or anyone associated with you, therefor, I demand full refund of any and all transactions taking from my account. The charges are as follows: 39.95 twice and 1.29. Plus all the service charges that my bank took because of insuffucient funds because of your removal of funds... Three overdraft fees of 35 dollars... I expect this to be taking of immediately... I will give you a week before I report you to the fraud department of my bank and the better business bureau...

Did not sign up for service
Last month my husband and I wanted to obtain our once a year credit report. Now we see two charges on our credit card for $14.95 each. We did not order any additional service other than the FREE credit reports. How do we get these charges removed? Plz advise smb!

Unauthorized charges
Advertised as free credit report and never used their company name of' cic', double charged my card same day. Were not authorized to charge my card! Beware people!

Unauthorized charges
Same as the others. CIC triple advantage has been billing me $14.95/month for a "free" credit check since January 2008. (This is what I can check and confirm). I never authorized the service.
