Unauthorized charges
I have checked my credit card staement and have noticed that CIC Triple Advantage are deducting $12.95 on the 25th of each month for a service I never authorized or signed up for. I want the money back and have no idea who to contact. This is FRAUD!!! Something should be done about this.

charged monthly for no service
my debt card is charged monthly for a service i can not access. i signed up for credit report for $9.95 a month. it is charged to my monthly. they tell me i have an invalid password. i do not. i want my service canceled. why would i pay for something that i can not use? these charges appear on my monthly statements, i have proof. its hard to stop something that you can't access. they are not very trustworthy.

They have been charging me 12.95 every month for the past 17 months and I have never used their services.

Unauthorized charges to bank acct.
Pretty much the same thing as the other complaints. I requested a free credit report and have a $14.95 charge on my checking account that I did not authorize. I never signed up to do anything more than receive a free credit report.

They are taking money out of my bank account without my permission. I don't know what it even is!!! I never signed up for this!

Unauthorized charge
After a FREE credit report I was charged $14.95 on my MasterCard by CIC Triple Advantage. Now I have to deal with what is clearly a huge scam. And they have all my credit card info to just keep charging and charging.

Charged by credit card for what was suppose to be a free credit report
I have a charge on my Mastercard for 14.95 from CIC Triple Advantage and I don't know why. I did what I thought was a free credit report online however I don't remember it being with this company.

Unauthorized billing
Did not sign up for this service and they charged my acct. $14.95. I will get my money back. I don't know how they got my account number.
