FRAUDULANT CHARGES
STAY AWAY FROM FREE CREDIT REPORT.COM...
I have been charged monthly from CIC for services I didn't request. Judging from this web-site there are many people out there that are having the same problem. Not only did I not order these services, it threw my checking account into a minus amount and I was charged $35.00 by the bank for an overdraft fee. I am currently fighting with CIC to get my money back and be reimbursed for the checking fees. I will let you all know how it works out.

Unauthorized charges!
What can i do to this company CIC triple advantage that continuously charge me for something that i did not sign up for. They bill me every month for $12. What is this some kind of a scam...

Monthly charges!
I have had a recent experience with this company. I have found out that over a year they have been taking out 12.95 each month. I had never authorized joining and had never used this service. Beware. If you call to cancel, stay firm and talk to supervisors. I was able to get partial refund.

Unauthorized charges!
Was applying for a free credit report and was directed to a page that must have been affiliated with this company. When I realized I wasn't ordering a full credit report from a reputable, known credit agency i.e. Trans Union, Experian, etc... I immediately canceled the registration process, however I am still being charged-- and for what service is completely unapparent to me. Not only that there seems to be no way to contact the company directly; I'm handling the issue through my bank. This is completely frustrating.

Never ordered but being charged!
I don't know what this company is but I didn't order anything from them yet I am being charged. I have been unable to access anything of use on their website to be able to cancel this account. It just bounces you around and gives sponsoring websites, which of course all cost something for their services. This is a scam and now I don't know how to stop them.

Taking money out of account which I no longer have
Taking money out of card 9042. Account open but no longer used. Already have this service. Would rather have bill sent than taken out of account. Have had numerous overdraft fees because of this.
Please someone take me off of this.

$12.95 unauthorized check card charge!
A couple of months ago my son (Aaron) and I followed online instructions to receive our FREE credit reports. Of course you can't even get a free credit report without giving your credit card information. We both canceled the service within the 30-day period so we would not be charged a monthly fee. On Monday, October 15th CIC Triple Advanta put a hold on my account for $12.95 without my authorization. I called to inquire and they said Aaron had requested a free credit report on September 15th and that is a lie because I was the one who got a free credit report on that date.
THIS IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!

Money being withdrawn from my account
Who is CIC, how do they have my account number and why is there money being withdrawn from my account... $12.50 to be exact? I would greatly appreciate it if they would remove me from whatever list they may have gotten my name from and stop charging me nothing!

Unauthorized random charges
I have been charged three times since the beginning of May (one of which cost me an overdraft fee) for a product/service I did not request. If anybody knows how to stop this and regain the money taken or if they have a phone number to call, please email [email protected]. Thanks for your help. |
