I ordered a free sample of the advertised product that alluded to the Oprah Winfrey endorsement. The sample came with 2 other products that were charged to my credit card in the amount of $44.oo+. Shortly thereafter, I received another order for a product, once again charged $44.90 on my credit card. I can get no answer to my questions and complaints. Did Oprah actually promote this scam?

These people hook you with free trial offer on several different products. But people fail to notice fine print about additional products that will be sent and billed. Once you get the products or your credit card statement it is too late as you will never get them on line cause phones are busy and hold times are in excess of 60 minutes. You're stuck in a vicous cycle because you can't get RMA and you can't cancel future orders because you can't talk to them. I SOLVED THE PROBLEM TODAY BY CANCELING MY CREDIT CARD. I GUARANTEE THEY WON'T SEND ME SOMETHING ELSE IF THEY CAN'T RIP ME OFF FOR THE PAYMENT. I'VE READ ON SEVERAL OTHER COMPLAINT BOARDS THAT PEOPLE ARE BEING BILLED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T CONTACT THESE PEOPLE TO CANCEL THEIR ORDER CYCLE. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE AND I GUESS A WORD TO THE WISE IS TO ALWAYS INVESTIGATE A COMPANY BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!

i placed an order for a trial sample and was overcharged for it, now i have receive unsolicited by me another product, and and fee. I called and cancelled my order after the first scam, Now i am afraid that they will continue to ship without my consent and there is no way to get in touch with them by phone. Please advise how i can stop this cycle without damaging my credit rating. I do not intend to send back the unsolicited product i just received. I want a complete refund.

I ordered Coltox on 11/16/08 and it's now 12/4/08 and have not received the product. I tried to cancel because I was given some information on how the company takes advantage of people and the product does not work. I called on 11/25/08 and spoke with Amber and she was extremely rude with me. She said if I call my credit card and dispute that in the end they will win and get their money, that they will sue me and take me to court if I close my credit card. You can never get thru on the phone it usually 80 minutes or more. They will not answer your emails and something needs to be done. My credit card has advised me to write a dispute and they will fight it out for me and we will close the card if necessary to keep further charges.

Free trial came with charges to my credit card for $44.oo. Called and after a wait of 78 minutes I asked that no further orders be sent. Received another order that I mailed back to the company. No adjustments were made to my credit card and I received still another shipment with my card being charged. I called the company and after a wait of more than an hour I was told that they have no record of having received the returned package. I have a track and confirm no. from the US Postal Service. Costomer service refused to let me speak to a supervisor and was rude!
