Avoid at all costs
I was with centennial for 6 days, I was told I had 14 days to cancel. Of the first 10 calls, 8 dropped so I cancelled the contract and went back to t-mobile, my previous provider. I received a bill at the end of a month after cancelling for almost $400 which I disputed with my credit card holder. It is now 7 months later and centennial still is not done screwing with me. I even paid the $95.86 for the 6 days to get them off my back and I still get calls saying that I owe money to them. Their customer service is the worst in any business and some of the representatives even hang up on me when they get frustrated. Don’t be ripped off - don't sign a centennial contract.

Mislead and lied to
I have been a customer of Centennial wireless for several years.
In Dec 2006 I went to an office in Ft. Wayne In and wanted a companion phone. Trusting the agent and taking him for his word this is what I thought I received.
Now in wanting to end service to both phones, I find out that a whole new phone and contract was added instead of a companion phone!
I can end the service of the original one but can't end the other one till 06/16/09!
I was lied to and mislead and now can't end without paying $250.00!!!
I will not recommend this company to anyone else!!!
I feel I have been cheated!

Unauthorized ringtone charge for 2 months
On our Feb Centennial bill I noticed my phone charge was higher than normal and with "other" charges so I checked out our Jan bill and the same thing was on it. I then went back to Dec, nothing. I called Centennial and they told me it was a download for ringtones. I need to know when and who authorized it. I just received a text from the company saying they would cancel my subscription but no answer as to the above questions and no offer to give credit on the 2 charges.

I put my info in the blank and then I read that it would cost me $9.99 a month. I do not want this service. Beware!

They don't care about their customers
Cell phone company. My husband has his cell phone through Centennial Wireless. He also has two different kinds of cancer and has been off work about 2 months. He called Centennial to see if he could suspend his contract until he could get back to work.
All he got for his trouble was TOO BAD, I had to pay over $200.00 to keep this out of collection, and was told the bill would still be charged even though the phone is shut off and no one is using it.
You can bet as soon as his contract with Centennial is up, we will be changing providers. Just wanted to vent, thanks for listening.
I guess its true that big business' don't care anything about their customers.

Poor policy!
My husband has Centennial Wireless cell phone service. He also has two different kinds of cancer. He has not worked since June 6. He called Centennial to see if he could suspend his contract until he could get back to work. All he got for his trouble was TOO BAD, I had to pay over $200.00 to keep this out of collection.
They told him the bill would continue to accumulate even though the phone is shut off.
As soon as this contract is up, I can assure you that we will be changing providers. I guess that big business' really don't care about little people anymore.
