Don't order from this company they will take your money and not give it back. They gave me a used phone and no one answers the phone. When I leave a message, they don't call back. Shipping was bad too. It took FOREVER to come. Bottom line, don't buy from cellular-blowout.

Here's my story:

I shop a lot online, this was one of the worse experiences I've had. I order a cellphone on 3/6, I got a email notifying me to give them 12 - 24 hours to ship it and that my order will take 4 - 7 days. So I estimated by business days - I usually over estimate so I don't get disappointed if it comes a little late. My estimate: package should arrive on the 16th. But it didn't come, I checked on the tracking number that was given to me and to my surprise, it was still being filled. So I went on the website to see how to contact them. If referred me to a page saying that email is the preferred way to contact them. So I did, asked why it was taking so long. It then tells me again to give them 12 -24 hours for them to reply. I gave them 2 days, no word. Sent another telling them I wanted to cancel my order and get my refund. No word, went on my spring break vacation. I get back (3/26) an email finally! The email was to tell me that they shipped my order. I don't understand what was the delay, they should have AT LEAST told me. So now I'm stuck with this cellphone that I don't need anymore because of their horrible return policy.

When I got it:

I opened my package yesterday, I was even more disappointed! The cell phone was dirty and scratched, it didn't look like a new phone. I can't believe this is giving me such a hard time.

We're trying to contact them again to get an exchange - since we can't get a refund because of their retarded 'return policy'.

Cellular-Blowout is the Company, which does not want to have their Customers to return. I purchased the phone from them, where, first, they informed me that my order is cancelled, then they ship me the phone and charge me for that. They agreed to refund me the money after I return the product to them, however, it has been more than a month and a half, and I cannot get the refund. Customer service does not return phone call back, so as refund department. I've submitted the complaint to BBB and to my bank. So far there is no results

I would recommend to anyone NOT to do business with them.

Merchant fails to state that you will receive used/refurbished/open box merchandise instead of a new product. Merchant does not know how to run a business. Merchant does not answer phone calls for customer service assistance. It takes forever for them to process a return and get your money back.

I ordered my phone over a week ago. I still have not received it. I went under their website and it said "pending". There is no customer service. I have left messages, what a crock. Why aren;t these companies check out before they can do business. In todays economy, they need to get tougher limits and contracts these people have to abide by if it deals with money and the public. I am needing my phone. Sure am glad I didn't pay $200 for one. Even $69 is hard on me. They need to start a lawsuit against these people.

I PURCHASED 4 CELL PHONES THAT ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE WERE NEW AND HAD A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I DID GET THE PHONES AND 2 OF THEM DID WORK. THE OTHER 2 DIDN'T. WHEN I FILED A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS I GOT NOTHING. AS IT TURNS OUT THEY DON'T EMAIL A RESPONSE YOU HAVE TO CHECK BACK ON THEIR WEBSITE AND LOG IN. THEIR RESPONSE "WE HAVE A 3 DAY RETURN POLICY" I AM DISPUTING IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THE PHONES WERE USED NOT NEW. I WOULDN'T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THESE GUYS.
