I TRIED FOR 3 MONTHS TO STRAIGHTEN OUT MY BILL, AND ALL I GOT WAS A % NOTICE THAT MY RATES ARE DOUBLING!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!! THEY HAVE NO SERVICE!!! THEY THINK EVERYONE IS AN IDIOT!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Today is 13Oct08, I called to see if it was possible to have an extension on my loan until the 31Oct08, was told no that, I needed to find the money because the latest date I could have would be the 17Oct08. I explained that my son had gotten sick and that his insurance coverage had been terminated, and that I was currently working on the issue so, I had to pay out of pocket the representative Amber was so rude, and then ask for an supervisor Todd who was even ruder stating what I could and could not have as if the money come from their pocket. I was even informed because they were three paydays in Oct what was I going to do with the up coming payment explained that car payment, car insurance and daycare were due. I was then told to ask for and different with car note, I explained to them that I had done this in Feb08. I felt so degraded today like I was giving my life history for $254.53. I was told by the supervisor to ask and family member I explained to him that it was not possible that everyone I knew was struggling. The point I am trying to make the loan I have had for almost two years I pay, they don't have to send me any threating letters, it has never posted to my credit over thirty days past due, and to treat a human like this when they see and hear what is going on with the economy.

Harassing phone calls rude and disrespectful employees. They have no empathy whatsoever when you are trying to explain to them about your situation. All they care for is that they get their money at whatever cost. I've lost countless hours of sleep with this problem. I have done my best to pay all that i owe them. Yet they still harass me very often even when i let them know that i am sending their money. They promise something that later is so heart wrenching. No longer will i ever be so easily convinced by this type of loans. ever.

Wow, you have a whole lot of advice for the consumers on this site that have a problem with your company... who are you I know you don't have a financial degree of any kind be cause you work for cash call, no reputable company would harass their customers in the despicable manner in which your company has and continues to do so. I would get fired if I spoke to any customer the way your ghetto fabulous employees do. That's why you work there, no one would hire you with those tactics to represent their company, P.S. you can't even spell!!!

I HAVE BEEN PAYING ON MY LOAN FOR ALMOST 2 AN 1/2 YEARS AND PAID TRIPLE OF THE AMOUNT ON WHAT THEY LENT ME. I HAVE LOST SLEEP OVER THERE WAY OF BUISNESS THEY ARE NOT COOPERATIVE AND TREAT YOU WITH NO RESPECT WHAT SO EVER. WHEN I HAD MY MY MOM PASS AWAY AND SOME IMMEDIATE DEATHS IN THE FAMILY THEY WOULD NOT EVEN DEFER A PAYMENT, SO THAT I CAN HELP OUT WITH FUNERAL EXPENSES THE REP ACTUALLY SAID " THAT IT WAS NOT THERE PROBLEM, AND PEOPLE DIE EVERYDAY". BEFORE I SET IT UP TO DO AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS DRAFTED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THE REPS THERE WERE CALLING ON A DAILY BASIS HOURLY EVEN WHEN I CONFIRMED WHEN I WOULD BE IN TO PAY. LET ME ADD I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE!!! THIS WAS THE MOST REGRETFULL DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE AND I HOPE THAT THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER HAS TO RELY ON LOANS TO PAY OFF ALL THE PEOPLE HE ROBBED FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE.!!!
