On 6/29/2010, I ordered as set of 2 Zimmerman brake discs, and a set of 2 brake pads from by phone from Car Parts warehouse. It was confirmed by the sales agent that the parts were for my car and that BOTH brake discs and brake pads are sold in SETS OF 2.
I received my order on 7/1/10. The brake pad set was the WRONG SIZE and the Brake disc box was open. I called customer service to make a complaint and resolve the problem.
We agreed that I will return the brake pads and that Car Parts Wholesale will send me the missing brake disc to complete the set of 2 at no additional cost to me.
I called customer service today to inquire about my missing brake disc and the FedEx shipping label. To my dismay, I was given a runaround about my missing disc and I was again told that I will be sent the shipping label. I then asked to speak to a manager. This never happened and I was told by the agent, Princess, that a manager will call me in 2 hrs. This NEVER happened. I called back about 6hrs later and eventually spoke to a manager called Cody. He was VERY RUDE. I ended up cancelling the entire order. I was told that I will be emailed a FedEx shipping label so that I can send all the items back before I will receive a full refund.
