I ordered a Casablanca ceiling fan and remote control from them. The remote turned out to be the wrong one for the fan. I tried calling their customer service and emailing them, but never was able to talk to someone and no one responded to my emails. If you are concerned about possible errors in your order, you should definitely not use this company.
