Chase has repeatedly taken money out of one account, business account, and put it ALL in a personal account of my husbands. This is considered co-mingling of accounts and is against the law. If a consumer did this, we would be put in jail for fraud. AND while they did this they also caused my account to go into a negative balance PLUS charged me an overdraft fee! I will fight this. Do not use Chase in Houston, tx.
