Poor product, rude managers and employees
I have been going to burger king on a weekly basis. The food quality is horrible no matter what time we go. We always get cold hashbrowns, cold fries, and old burnt meat. Each time that i go i ask for meat fresh off of the broiler and they never do it. How hard is it to please the customer. I am tired of calling and complaining. Managers at that restaurant they need to learn how to talk to their employees they are rude and disrespectful.

Shoddy customer service
I ordered my meal, taken by a very friendly lady, then proceeded to the window to pay. I was "greeted" by an obese young man who after approx. 2 min. finally opened his window, and without saying a word, grabbed my money out of my hand, slammed the window, and after several seconds, opened it and gave me my change. He never said a word, never made eye contact and when I said have a nice day, was greeted by him closing his glass window. He, at that time, made eye contact but couldn't manage to mouth "have a good day", "thank you" or anything else. I will not visit your establishment again and would suggest that you, at the very least, explain to this boy what customer service means and if he doesn't get it, hire someone who will foster positive community relations.

Bad food
My wife became extremely ill after one of your bk fish sandwiches. We felt some ought to know about it. she had diarrhea and throwing up for nearly 12 hours then weak stomach for another 24 hours. This occurred on the afternoon of 05/20/2008!

Terrible service!
I've went to this burger king twice and both times they have messed the order up. the bad thing about it is, this last time i went there, the manager was the one who messed things up. I could understand it if the place was busy but there was only two cars in the parking lot and us in the drive thru. If that is the best service they can do, they will be out of business in no time.

Terrible quality food!
On Tuesday May 6, 2008, I responded to a flier in the newspaper for the new Steak Burger, buy one and get one free. This was OK except that I also had a coupon that said buy one Steakburger and get fries and drink and no charge. I was told that no, I could not have the free one and the fries w/drink, either one or the other. My argument is that I did buy one steak burger, so I should have received the one free plus the fries and soft drink. I was told no, and it was on the coupon that only one coupon could be used but I did buy a steak burger and should have received the other free along with the fries and soft drink. In addition, I feel that the manager or who ever I talked to was not sympathetic to my argument and also, the steak burger that you are advertising should be taken off the menu as it is quite possibly the worst tasting burger I have ever had and Burger King has seen the last of my business.

Terrible service
Me and my family went to this place, and strangely this is the most terrible Burger King chain I'd ever been. I had to clean our own table and chairs. I remember there were only 2 tables occupied including ours. The rest of the tables has used napkins, ketchup smudges, burger crumbs. And the employees were just behind the counter, engaged in their personal conversation, won’t even show a smile with the customers. I even have the picture of the ketchup counter with used napkins around it. It happened May 11, 2008 around 6pm. I'll try to check them back next week, and see if there's any improvement.

Food burgers sold ice cold
Last month I ordered a cheese cake took it home Mold all over it. Today order a Steak Burger meat ice cold nasty and I know a friend of mine works as a regional VP for BK Tom Glick I think he should Know. What happen to the Flame Broiled Burger they usually microwave there meat BK used to be the best...

Health code violation
This is in regards to the BK on George Washington Way, Richland, WA
Once a week after preschool, my husband and I take two of our grandchildren to BurgerKing for lunch.
Two or three weeks ago, after eating, I took my granddaughter to the restroom. The only sink in the bathroom had no running water. After cleaning up with soap and paper towels, I went and spoke to the manager to let her know there was no water. She said she'd take care of it, and I left it at that.
Yesterday we returned for lunch, and again, no water. I spoke to the manager and she apologized. (She was very polite and professional. I have no complaints with the people working there.) I expressed concern this was the second time in just a few weeks this had happened, and I was concerned that employees could not wash after leaving the restroom. She assured me they used the sink back in the food prep area.
When I expressed that didn't help the customers, she again apologized and explained "it's just an ongoing problem" (!!!) and she fixes it when it comes up.
When I heard the word "onging", I let her know I'd be calling the health department, which I did.
This problem appears to be one this BK can deal with(not repair) using a "quick fix". The manager is able to slip into the restroom and take care of the problem in seconds--IF it is brought to her attention. I'd like to see BK require the franchise owner to REPAIR the plumbing before someone ends up with e coli or hepatitis.
While they're at it, how about this "family oriented" corporation requiring changing tables in their franchises. Not one in our area (about 6) has one. Parents have to change their babies on the floor.

rude employees
My mother in law took my kids to burger king for dinner. Later that evening when I went to pick them up, she was fuming and told me that the employees were rude to my kids. She then told me that someone wrote the word ‘annoying’ on my kids happy meal bag. When she saw this she waved at the people watching her in the back to acknowledge that she knew who did it. They then laughed at her and went back to work. After she told me I called the store and asked to talk to a manager. The manager basically called me and my mother in law liars. She said, and I quote, ‘we don’t write on the bags, you must be mistaken’.
Its one thing to attack me or my mother in law, we are adults and can hold our own, but when someone attacks a child I get pissed, especially since it was my child. I have loved burger king since I was a little kid, but that is the last time me or my kids will ever eat there again.
