THIS IS BUBBA'S MISSION STATEMENT...NOW READ HOW MY MOVE WENT:
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Bubba's was the worst moving experience I have ever had. First, it took 2 guys 8 hours to move me out of a 1 bedroom apartment. I had minimal furniture since I bought new stuff and had already had it delivered to my new place, so all they had to move was a dining set, sofa, coffee table, and some bookcases. The rest were boxes, which I had packed..most of the movers time was spent watching the Charger game in another residents apartment...Nice.I called the manager at BMC and within minutes the 2 guys were running back into the apartment. Then, when we got to my new place they broke my coffee table, left my dining table out in the rain and ruined it, and broke countless items. When the rep came to document the damages, she ONLY THEN brought me a waiver indicating they were not responsible if I packed the items myself...you would think that would have been given to me PRIOR to the move, not after.
I will tell anyone looking for a mover to NEVER use them. I beg anyone thinking about using Bubba's...you get what you pay for, and they SUCKED...BAD...I bet they don't even have insurance.
