I oredered the lady diana replica ring in january to be told that it isnt in stock then emailed a few weeks later...they hadnt gone into production, now we are waiting for the ring as i cant find that one anywhere else that isnt to expensive. waiting to have our engagement party :( i have ordered from there before and have never had this problem before. considering that the royal wedding would have been and gone by the time this ring is in production they really should have put it into production months ago. i've never had problems with them before but this has put me off ordering there in the future.

My first order was 90 days in advance of Xmas in 2009. It was guaranteed before Xmas, for a gift. It never arrived. I kept getting notices of shipment during the next three months, but again, it never came. Finally four months later, I cancelled the order. No apology, no courtesy. Nothing was communicated. In Xmas 2010, I stupidly placed another order. It too was guaranteed to be delivered before Xmas. Got it 30 days late. I complained, requested information, and contacted the company continually Never an apology. Never a peep. They don't care. Don't do business with them. They have never responded to a single complaint.
