Unauthorized Payment
This is the third time I have found that SW Garden took money out of my account. This is unauthorized. I have about had all I can take of this company. I like Boost Mobile but SW Garden is as crooked as the day is long. I wrote to Boost Mobile about this because I can not get an option on their automated service to talk to a live person to get this straightened out.

phone repair, poor customer service
I absolutely hate Boost Mobile. For $50 a month they treat you like crap, the customer service is horrible, they dont have any kind of insurance for those expensive boost phones. Lawd forbid your phone messes up or it needs repair they tell you to send it to Motorola repair in Texas they keep it for damn near 3 weeks then send it back saying they wont fix it cause its due to physical damage. Besides that they wont give you the option of getting a loaner phone or replace the phone. I bought the Motorola I9 feel too bad to say how much I paid for it and after a week of having it, it stopped charging. I inquired about insurace when I got the phone and the foreigner said dont worry about it if something happens ur under manufacturers warranty. So if something happens to your phone you are f*****... period. They have these wireless stores on every corner all with those foreigners behind a bullet proof glass cause they know they are rippin people off. The man told me to send the phone to repair and he knew they werent gonna fix it so when I did send it back they returned it and they said it was due to physical damage that voided out my warranty. How could I physically damage the phone just by pluggin it and unplugging it to charge, you are gonna be careful with an expensive phone like that. I didnt drop it there wasnt a scratch on it. The supervisor in repair said well I dont know what to tell you and she was very smart elic. They dont care about you or your problems with the phone all they want is ur $50 a month. Im shocked someone hasnt went postal on them yet!!! I am gonna pass the word and make sure they loose as many customers as I can possible reach and warn.

Rip off
Boost Mobile is a rip off. I payed my bill three weeks late and because my payment date fell on the second of the month and I payed on the 25th, my phone was cut off on the second of the month which means I payed for 5 days of service and now in order to keep my number I must pay for a new month. Shame on you Boost.

customer service and quality
Type: Complaint
To: boost mobile
Topic: Service Quality
Subject: quality and service is awful, Boost is horrible, and I think Boost knows it
Message: I went into the Boost Mobile store in Winder, GA. June 22, 2009. I purchased a Motorola i335 cell phone and prepaid 50.00 for the unlimited talk, text and web. I thought it would be a great deal. I had already checked to make sure I was in the coverage area, according to the map online, I was in good coverage area. I used my phone outside and around town for about 4 hrs, made a few calls, of which one call was breaking up when I was outside of Wal-Mart, and I had one dropped call.
But the real problem started when I couldn't use my phone inside. I then called customer care with Boost to trouble shoot, at which time the call was breaking up and I went outside and around my yard, I then discovered that I couldn't make calls inside or even AROUND my home. I had to go down the street. Boost customer care was saying all the time we can't hear you, you are breaking up... can you go somewhere and get a better signal??? NO!!! Then I went back to my local Winder Boost Mobile, (not Radio Shack) where the owner, did a factory reset... still same problem. I went back YET again for the 3rd time at which time I traded my phone for another i335, still same thing. I go back again and find out that I need to upgrade my phone and pay another 30.00 to do this. Still same thing, I call customer care again to trouble shoot the new phone. It doesn't work. I go back to the store for the 5th time and find out that I can only get back my money for the phone, not the money for the first month service. The owner explains to me that I bought the sim card and it is mine... "Sell it on ebay or something, it is yours, you bought it." It is my ported number, sell it on ebay!!! I'm furious at this point. I then call Boost Mobile customer service, at which time I am informed that it is only according to the individual store policy, if I get a refund. They can not help me.
While I was in the store another individual came in the store and couldn't get service either.
Boost you need to efund my 50.00 immediately.

And I already let my friends no that the phone has everything but nothing is free

IRRITAED
I am having issues with boost customer care and boost phones. i am very frustrated and wouldnt recommend boost to anyone else. i think i am going to go back to my regular phone company where there they can help and assist with problems and dont have rude customer service agent that put you on hold for over 20 or 30 mins. i have called there multiple times about different problems and this is the second time i have been hung up on. Im not calling back im just gonna discourage anyone from getting boost because of all the problems, long wait times and rudeness of the ppl that work there.

Service not rendered
Boost Mobile Service did not work in my area, I called every other day to get it fixed to no avail. The company would not issue a refund.
So, I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Below is the link to the BBB, I repectfully ask that you all do the same. Perhaps we canforce a change in their business practices if we the unsatisfied consumers united! Here is the link to the BBB:

overbilling
I called Boost cust.service about serious mistaken overbilling everyday for the dollar a day chat plan. The chat plan login software on the i425 phone is designed to perfectly subscribe (to pay Boost), but very difficult to unsubscribe(limitations on the software ON PURPOSE) so Boost charges 3 dollars to unsubscribe.I got to unsubscribe on my computer for free, with email confirmation. This worked a few times but Boost kept billing extra certain days on random w
hen I did not subscribe, I called them a few times about these and other billing issues, for which they where not willing to pay.Sunday they finally paid me 3 dollars they overbilled, but for some reason when I signed on the chat plan it did not go through and without indication the account was wiped out.(because of a local called that they charged more than 12 dollars-the phone was not on the plan). Some cut.service people have said I should get my money back because this was a mistake on signing on the chat paln on the phone.Still believe communication issues can be improved with this company and its tendency to overbill.Have considered stop using Boost as provider.

Terrible Service
I recently purchased a highly anticipated Boost Mobile I9 and here are the results of an email I sent them...(keep in mind that this is after 5 days of trying to get reliable service with them)
"I'm throwing in the towel with you guys. I'm not going to call customer care and sit on hold anymore. I am switching back to my old service tomorrow and I need to know how I can go about getting a refund on my phone and service. This has been a miserable experience, but I am willing to take a refund and call it a wash...please send me a RA number and address where to send the phone and advise me on how long it will be before my credit card is refunded. Just in case you want to know...here are the issues I had: 1) Texts come through between 5-15 minutes after they are sent (I had everyone who text me yesterday include the time they sent it in the text) if they even come through. 2) I called my my voice mail yesterday and it connected to to Goodwill Baptist Church...huh? 3) When I attempt to make a call it rings once then is silent...but apparently stills rings on the other persons end... 4) Tonight I tried to call somebody and it rang once then went to fast busy then a mexican recording answered...then the person I was trying to call called me back and said that they got a call from me but all they could hear was a mexican talking... 5) People try to call me and they get a message that says that please hold we are trying to locate the person...then it says that I cannot be located...hummm...I'm...I sitting in my damn house with a full bar of service... 6) I currently have 5 text messages sitting in my In box and when I try to retrieve them it just gives me a server error. 7) This phone is my home phone too...and I cannot afford for it to suck... Thanks..."

Boost no longer notifies your expiration
Boost used to have a message that let you know when you were running out of money or time. Then they quit the expiration notice. Hey, Boost, thanks for not letting us know you were going to STOP letting us know!
So be sure you keep an eye on your account stats!!
