Found HAIR mid-way through a bag of Boca Java Spiced Vanilla Bean Coffee ordered and delivered from bocajava.com. Reported it, was told via e-mail by "Daniele W." that, while she was "sorry", no one with that color hair worked there (I'm not making it up...). Got an e-mail the next day from Boca Java's COO "Mary Maino" to apologize for "Daniele W.'s" poor response, Mary advised of a full refund and apologized for what she called "Fibers". They can't own up to the fact that they have an unsanitary product and employees that either purposefully & spitefully & illegally TAMPER with products or practice REALLY LAX SANITATION, where clumps of hair fall into the product. Even when I sent her the actual photos.
I am disgusted that I had been grinding the beans and drinking the coffee half way through the bag before noticing the clumps of hair when I put a couple scoops in the grinder.
Thanks for the refund, but you have an unsanitary staff and an unsafe, unsanitary coffee product.
