I ordered Oct 3, 2009, flowers and balloons for a freind of mine to be delivered one day delivery -[extra charge]. Not a problem. They could not process my request after the amount was taken out of my account, and two days later to inform me that it cound not be done., My account was credited back. However- I did not sign up for any program, fees etc. Today Nov. 5, 2009. My account is charged $9.95 for blooms rewards.

First of all, i did not agree to this, Especially considering they could not deliver.

Secondly. there is no rewards. Just flowers.

Third, when i called to dispute the customer service associate wants to use profound language and a high tone with me. I was trying to be calm, but I could not stay calm.

More SCAMS. what a day. Do not give out your card information to anyone. not worth the time or day.

Charging $9.95 monthly on my Master Card without authorization.
