Sucks
I was not impresses at all with bloomex. I place my online order on dec 19th it was going to be a christmas present. I just received my order today. It is the 4th of Jan. The order looked nothing like the picture. And it was missing stuff. Every time I tried to phone them to talk to someone I wold get a machine. When someone did finally phone me back they told me they where sending an email to a customer representative and that they would call me back. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I will never do business with them again.

Horrible company
Recently sent flowers to my 93 year old grandmother for valentine's day. Email confirmation came and stated they had been delivered, but my grandmother stated she never recieved anything. I attempted to contact the company and again they said someone from customer service would get back to me its now been two days no flowers and no phone call!!! Will never again deal with this company!!!

non-delivery, poor customer service
I ordered a gift basket for my mother for mother's day, I wanted the basket delivered on May 7th. It never came. I called the company and there was a recording saying that all deliveries will be delivered by Sunday May 8th. My mother waited all day Sunday it never came. Not only she wasted her whole weekend, she never got her Mother's Day Present.
I called the following morning to complain, the guy that answered was rude and could care less. He wanted to rush me off the phone so bad. Told me to file my complaint through email. would not let me talk to anyone at all!
A few days later, I got an email from them saying that their records showed the basket was delivered and as a token of goodwill they are going to resend my mother her basket. This was May 12th. My mother saw that they left a voice mail at 5:07 pm, my mom was not home at the time, she called them back to reschedule and told them to deliver after 6pm.
Today she came home from work, saw that they attempted at 4pm. Is this company run by FOOLS? My mother called them right back and a guy answered telling my mom that he does not know where the basket is, and that he does not have it. He asked my mom if they could reschedule the delivery for Saturday may 14th or Monday May 16th.
This was supposed to be a Mother's day present.
this is not acceptable.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
SCAM COMPANY!!!

Do Not Buy from Them
Please do not buy from Bloomex.ca . I made the mistake in not reading their really poor reviews ahead of time. I was amazed to find many people unhappy with the service and product. Do not waste your money. Use more caution in how you puchase online. You could end up wasting your money. I bought a fruit basket. It was to be delivered the day I purchased. It did not get delivered until 3 days later. I found it on the doorstep when I went to visit my sick brother. The fruit was frozen and rotten. The customer service rep was irate and defensive. My brother is now left with frozen and rotten fruit to eat for 90.00. Any american should not purchase from them.

Non-Delivery
Terrible Experience - These guys are thugs, once they got your money, they don't care and they'll do whatever they want. Check the Better Business Bureau website, they have about 400 unresolved complaint and the worst possible rating "F", the absolute lowest. BEWARE, it may be a sour experience

Non-Delivery
Got flowers for my wife's birthday, they didn't deliver them. When I called they said they will deliver them the next day (what?) or otherwise I have to pay a cancellation fee. So beware, for them the delivery date is a suggestion, but they'll deliver when it is convenient.

My recommendation, find another company
Ordered flowers and they arrived frozen. Called and complained but they wouldn't refund my credit card and didn't seem to care that the product was no good. My recommendation, find another company!!!

flowers never delivered but they got my money
I placed an order May 6, 2010. May 11, 2010 flowers were still not delivered. I have left messages on the phone, via email. live chat and with the order desk seeing how that the only way you can talk to a live person. Still to this day I have not heard or recieved an email from no one...They got my money I got nothing, As far as I am concerned this is THEFT...

never received flowers
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister on May 6th for delivery May 7th. I paid extra money to have the delivery between 9 am and noon on the 7th. My sister never received the flowers or the chocolates. I have been trying to get in contact with this company since 12:10pm May 7th and still nothing. I have called and left messages, no return phone call. I've emailed 3 times and nothing. I tried their online live chat, it doesn't work. I am at my wits end here. The flowers and chocolate were suppose to be a surprise for my sister to lift her spirits. She had a major car accident earlier this week and is a very luck lady. I didn't want to have to bring this to her attention as again, it was suppose to be a surprise. I will never deal with this company again, and if you are smart you will read all the other complaints and believe them. My unfortunate part is I didn't investigate them first. We have an online business and would never dream of treating our customers so bad. I have to wait until the charges are posted to my visa before they can do anything. Once this happens they are going to reverse the charges for me.
