Flower Delivery
This has to be THE WORST COMPANY I have *ever* dealt with.
First, let me state that I've used them for Flowery Delivery a total of 4 times. Each and every time has turned out to be a freakin' nightmare. Not only do their prices reflect NOTHING of the actual cost, but the customer service is by far the weakest exception for such in a business that SHOULD work off nothing but.
The first time I placed an order was a year ago for my girlfriend's birthday. I had ordered some Roses and balloons. Well, the order actually made it there (on time) but did not come with any balloons.
Not a huge deal, until I tried to get a refund. After countless hours of getting the run around, I finally was credited back the money for the cost of these missing ballons.
Regardless, this did not sway me from ordering again on Valentine's Day. However, this turned out to be the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with an online flower delivery company.
I had placed an order for Flowers, Chocolates and a Teddy bear about 2-3 days prior to Valentine's, and even paid extra for early delivery the day of so that I would ensure they would arrive on time.
However, NOTHING was delivered at all. Not only did they NOT inform me of this, but they even tried fighting my word stating that there was a delivery attempt made but nobody was at the address provided when they went to deliver. Then, when I asked when the delivery attempt was made they told me at 5:00pm in the afternoon! WHAT???? So why the hell did I pay an additional $15 to have them be delivered IN THE MORNING????
From there I got NOTHING but excuses from EVERY PERSON I spoke to. They told me that Valentine's was a busy time of year, and that delays should be accepted. Yeah, sure, a delay would be fine -- but missing the ENTIRE delivery WITHOUT being NOTIFIED is NOT!!!
So then I tried to demand a refund.
And a refund I did not receive. They told me they would gladly give me a credit. I told them that was great, only if they could do their JOB.
So here it is, 6 months later, and I'm trying to cash in on my "credit" -- Good F*cking luck.
What a god damn cluster f*ck. I tried and tried getting an order placed, and just kept getting the run around.
Lord knows if this order I just placed will go through. I've tried for 2 days to place it, not hearing anything back and unsure of what the hell is going on. I hate bloomex and I advise anyone thinking of using them for their flower delivery purposes to steer clear of this company (unless you enjoy headaches, bullsh*t excuses, and wasting your money)

To all the customers who used Bloomex and have not been satisfied, to those that have a complaint, please email me personally with your information. This information is being passed on to Revenue Canada. The more information I can give Rev Can the more chance that they will be stopped .. Please forward your information to [email protected]
Also if you have been employed by them and have been charged $5. for each wrong email address or other charges please please contact me. It will be to your advantage ..

Post your complaints if you want action, Dimitri the so called owner, the Employer that doesnt pay his employee if they tell the customer about the glitch in the system that charges the customer more after the credit information is taken ...DIMITRI hates the negative publicity and there is alot of it.. Good luck to getting anywhere with anyone on line ...

Terrible service
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered flowers for my Mom on Mothers day and they were never recieved. and I paid extra for morning delivery to boot!! When they arrived a day later in the evening all she got were 5 wilted tulips!!! Not what I ordered by the way. I didn't pay $80.00 for 5 wilted tulips! I have tried contacting them so many times I have lost count. And either they hang up on me or I have to leave a message. The online help is not any help either. You get a snotty operator who takes forever to get back to you and they told me i couldn't get my money back. (which according to their policies I can). The second time I contacted their online help they said someone would contact me. That was two days ago!
AGAIN DO NOT ORDER from this company they are scam artists. I contact the Better Business Bureau about them and a local TV station who investigates customers who get ripped off. Who knows what will come of it...but if this helps someone else from buying from them then good!!!

Ripped Off - Company is a scam
Flowers were never delivered. Online chat shuts down when you ask whats going on. The advertise a Victoria delivery, but don't even have a florist there. Said they would advise a CanPar tracking number, never heard from them again. 1-800 is contracted out, and give no answers

Late Delivery
Same day service??? I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Fri May 8. The order was confirmed on Sat morning. Sat evening I came home from work and found and email stating that the florist was out of stock and the flowers could not be delivered, so I ran out a got something else and arranged for my nephew to deliver since I would be at work. I tried contacting the company to make sure my order was canceled, but could not make contact. I find out on Mon Apr 11 (today) that the order is confirmed again and would be delivered tomorrow! I have left messages with no return call. I chatted with a rep on line who told me I cannot cancel...as I was writing my reply the session was canceled. I have sent another message via their live chat on skype and 3 hours later still have no response. I don't know about anyone else but I think Mother's Day flowers 2 days late is ludicrous! I don't know how to hold thi company to it's same day guarantee!

Here it is May and I'm still waiting for my Final Pay from Bloomex.
The owner Dimtri refuses to pay me because I told people the truth about the so called "GLITCH" in the system ripping EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER OFF. He also told me that if I wanted my Pay I would have to tell customers I was PMS'ING and this is the reason I told the truth, unfortunately I wasnt PMS'ing I was simply fed up with the customers calling back and complaining about the order they placed and what they actually recieved. I know for fact that they rarely send what you order. I've been fortunate enough to order chocolates and flowers for my daughters birthday flowers werent what I chose and chocolates were alcoholic covered cherries instead of Bottocili . apart from the fact that after you place your order and give your Credit Card # the price increases ... GLITCH so they say .. but they don't want to give back the glitch money .. Operators are told not to give the total till the final confirmation that it has gone threw, then most customers don't notice the difference ...BUYER BEWARE

This is a typical Bloomex move ... I recieved this from Bloomex marketing in my mail this am $10 off Mother's Day Flowers if you order before May 4th, 2009
Of course today is May 4th, 2009 .
Buyer Beware of Bloomex read the policies, read the complaints about last Mothers Day ...
Saw an advertisement for a flower place called Pro Flowers.com they seem to have some great specials, Im going to check it out and let you know ...
Hopefully someday soon Bloomex will pay me my final pay ... for my last week of work ... more the Bloomex style to rip you off tho ... customers and staff...

Buyer Beware ----do yourself a favor and go back and read last years Mothers Day Disasters ... Not much has Changed same owner of company who doesnt pay employees if they tell the truth ... same owner with a glitch in the system that overcharges. Same owner having employees post comments when they aren't busy hanging up on unhappy customers ...
Same Same rip off company as last year !!!
Read the company policy and the complaints ...you be the judge then ask yourself if you are foolish enough to go ahead and order ..

Its so funny to see all the good reports about Bloomex, and its so obvious that the reports are being done by the office itself ... because there is not a chance on this green earth that more than 1 person let alone 10 in a row good comments could be made by anyone other than the office staff ...
No matter how you look at it ... Bloomex rips everyone off from the moment you give your credit card you have been ripped off ... ask for a total before giving your credit card # then check the price of the invoice they email you oooooopsie its increased ... ha ha glitch in the system ... and if you don't notice the differece they don't let you know ...
Im still waiting for my last weeks pay and I guess when I tell the world I was PMS'ing as Dimtri suggested maybe I'll get my pay ... lol
I plan on putting signs on my car and driving around the Ottawa and Toronto area's ... it will be worth the investment ...
