NO DELIVERY!
Yes! Another complaint about Bloomex for who may be interested (it mimics many of other stories you’ll find on the web --- rude, no callbacks and no delievery).
I had placed an order online for my partner’s birthday as well as our anniversary on Jan 13th, 09 and to be delivered on Jan 14th, 09. Received order confirmation and another email indicating my order status is “confirmed”. Fast forward to Jan 14th after 5pm (according to their delivery procedure for $9.99 guarantee delivery from 12pm-5pm) my order still has not arrived. I went online to seek help via live chat on Bloomex website at approx. 5:10 pm on Jan 14th and waited for 45 minutes before a screen popped up and said “"Sorry no operators are currently online to provide live support.". I proceeded to call customer service and left a message asking for someone to call me back with the status of my order. Although I was very disappointed I was still hoping that it will arrive the next day. Next morning Jan 15th I called back and left another voicemail. This time a representative was kind enough to call me back, however; they have no record of my order no. She asked me “are you sure you order with Bloomex?. I thought I was crazy for a second. I replied “would you like me to forward a copy of my confirmation email from Bloomex?” Then she said someone from customer service will call me back. On the same day, I also sent an email to customer service explaining my situation and asking for someone to call me back with the status of my order and if they are not going to delivery my order and then please don’t charge me for it.

In summary, as of now on January 17th my order still has not arrived, Bloomex had already charged my credit card for the total of my order, no live help online via chat window, rude and incompetence customer service representative, no reply to my email, no phone callbacks. I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO MY ORDER 4 DAYS LATER. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE.

EXTREMELY FRUSTATED…I must thank Bloomex for being extremely unreliable, wasting my time and most importantly ruining our special day. I must ensure that no one in my social/professional circle will ever order with Bloomex.

bad service and product
My Brother -in- law died Christmas day. With it being a bad time I figured I would get flowers delivered. I decided to try on-line. What a mistake. I was embarrassed and humiliated. Not only were they nothing like the picture they have on the website, but half were dead or almost there. I have to say I got a very nice gentleman helping me and he offered a replacement but it was too late. My brother-in-law was being buried in two hours! So he offered me a full credit for the full amount. I gladly took it. Well again I thought I could trust them. Nope. I ordered a gift basket. It was to say sorry to my sister and I made a custom order for the total credit. What a sham! 7 items that were small or just one cookie or handful of jelly beans! It is a scam! If you think your getting something good forget it. Do NOT believe the pictures! Never will I ever trust on-line products from anything. I'm done.

Buyer Beware when ordering flowers on line from Bloomex ...Read the policies and what its going to cost YOU the purchaser when they send flowers that are half dead, if they get them, read the delivery policies and exactly what is considered same day delivery. Be sure to check out the cancellation charges also ...
and by all means read the complaint sites about them ... office staff apparently has lots of free time to post the good notes.
All operators taking your orders work from thier homes, they are not screened for security purposes while taking your credit card info. Office management is to busy posting good comments and never know who is standing beside the operator and copying your information .. thats a chance you take!!! Are you willing ...
I am an ex employee that has been deducted hours that I worked, I am stilled owed a final weeks pay, Which Dimitri the so called owner of the company refuses to pay me because I told customers about the glitch in the system which INCREASES YOUR TOTAL AFTER YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Company doesnt want customers to know this, then they would be expected to return the money .. THEY DON'T REFUND ANYONE, and when they do have to refund Dimtri runs to his office and crys ... cause he didnt get to screw someone ... the (i'd like to say man however, I hardly consider him a man .. wuzz ) wuzz thrives on stealing from people because he hides behind his door and doesnt respond to complaints ...
Still waiting for my pay ... Still letting good people know about Bloomex and will till I get my pay ... and of course word of mouth gets around .. especially mine ...

I am an ex employee who is still waiting for a last pay from the Owner of this company, he refuses to pay me because I told people about the glitch in the system which increases the total AFTER you give your credit card info...
He doesnt like the idea that I post warnings to Read the Bloomex Policies, if they send flowers that are not of good quality (which they often do) you the customer pays to have the flowers returned.. $9.99 Read the polices ...Beware of this company and Read the POLICIES.!!!If your considering working for this company The Best of Luck to You ... Check Revenue Canada Laws regarding being self employed ...**BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWARE**
FINAL PAY IS OWED FROM NOV 18-08

**BUYER BEWARE**
New Years is approaching, , , , start your New Year on the right foot and don't make the mistake of wasting money with Bloomex.
Before purchasing from this company read the complaint sites. Most of all be sure to ask for the total price before giving your credit card ...price increases after you give it .. glitch in the system they don't tell customers about ...if they did they would have to reimburse each and EVERY customer that places an order ...

Scammed
On Dec.18, I ordered by phone for an arrangement to be sent to Stony Plain, Ab to my son and his wife for their Christmas party from Bloomex. I paid by credit card. It was to be delivered on the 19th or 20th. I went out of town and when I arrived back in Keswick, I checked with my son to see if it had arrived. That was Dec.23. That afternoon, my daughter in law found a box of candy left on her front porch delivered by Canpar for Bloomex with the message I had asked to be put on the flowers and stating it was to be delivered the 19th or 20th. So we had the wrong product delivered on the wrong date. I fired off an email to the company and got a form email back saying the status of my order had been changed. However, nothing was changed. So today, after 2 or 3 more emails trying to get my money refunded and told that I would have to pay a $9.99 pickup fee and return the original product, I left a message that I wanted to talk to a person. Lana from the investigation department held firm that all I had experienced was covered in the company policies. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me the only person higher than her was the owner. When I inguired about his name, I was told she was only allowed to give his first name Dimitri which she was unable to spell for me!!

So not wanting to have to take medication for high blood pressure, I will arrange a pickup time for their erroneous product to be picked up and give consent for the $9.99 fee. How can such a company be allowed to stay in business? I guess as long as there are saps like me who trust others to be honest!!

BUYER BEWARE **VALENTINES IS AROUND THE CORNER** Don't disapoint your loved one again this Valentines day by ordering flowers from Bloomex.ca check out the zillion complaints from last year and how they messed up.. Most of all when ordering with BLOOMEX.CA be sure to ask for a total BEFORE giving your credit card info, price changes after.. Keep in mind that all operators placing your order work from thier homes, they are not screened and there is no security measures taken to ensure the safety of your credit information..

Thinking about working for them, think long and hard, the owner of this company still refuses to pay me because I spilled the beans about the glitch that charges more after you give your credit info ... Dimitri is a crook and a THIEF!!! He would no doubt rip off his own family given the opportunity !!!

Late delivery and different color of flowers were delivered
I ordered long stem red roses for my wife on our anniversary BUT bloomex delivered "PINK roses!!!" AND one more thing is they delivered it after two days of our anniversary.

Flower Delivery not received on delivery date
Special Christmas delivery was not received on the date requested for delivery. Unable to speak with someone at Bloomex. They are unable to receive any incoming phone calls. VERY poor customer service. Requested a refund for the delivery fees and was denied. This is the LAST time that I will use Bloomex! User beware. Don't trust this company with any special orders.
