I had booked on 26/10/08 a dinning table+ Magazine rack + Table with drawer and a sofa with 6x6 with a height of 18" when it is opened for sleeping. I got delivery of all the furniture after a delayed time than that was promised after a lot of headache BUT the sofa was to be delivered with in 10 - 12 days from 26/10/08. I have been regularly following up the matter with the people mentioned above but invariably they are on leave or they ask me that they will call back which they never do. I am in a delima what is happing? the operator does not allow me to speak to the manager or the ower and they abused saying do what ever you can Thus I have now resorted to complain with your forum and further that no other person should be taken for a ride. I request you to look into this matter and HELP me out.
