I rec'd an "Acai Berry Detox" trial bottle in the mail while I was out of town. I did not have time to use it or reply to cancel, before the company charged my credit card for $86.42. I could not get them on the phone # listed to cancel my subscription to this product. However, I was able to get into a "live chat" session with them, and was successful in getting them to cancel my acct. The operator also gave me an RMA# (Returns Merchandise Account #) to return my unopened bottle to: Returns Dept, 3007 Greene St, Hollywood, FL 33020. When they receive the unopened bottle, the operator will reverse the credit card charge. Whether all this is true, I don't know. However, WFB needed a cancellation statement from the company to prevent further charges. I asked about cancelling my credit card and opening up a new one, WFB said that wouldn't work, as the accounts are all linked. However, when I persisted, a WFB rep said that reporting the card as lost or stolen may work.
