This company does not have a return policy; they will not accept products back. This would be okay if they at least warn you when you do your 1st order or say so on their website. BUT THEY DO NEITHER! They only tell you so AFTER you call them to return the products.

Secondly, I had originally asked if the powder I was buying was similar to another product being sold with another company that was created/invented by the same guy, John Grey. The merchant said they were similar products. AND they are very DISSIMILAR; they look different and definitely taste different.

Also, they knew I was new to their company and their products and yet they let me order multiple powder canisters without, again, warning me that I could not return these products at all.

I wouldn't even care so much about this whole thing but my order run close to $100 which is not chump change to me. I am out of work and every dime matters.
