AXISWELLNESSPORTAL HAS CHARGED ME $9.99 FOR WHAT I HAVE NOT ANY IDEA. I HAVE REQUESTED THRU EMAIL TO THIS COMPANY TO REFUND MY $9.99. I HAVE NOT ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLIES FROM MY EMAILS. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Did not order product and was charged $9.99
I did not order anything from a company called AxisWellness. My credit card bill, however, reflects a $9.99 charge for something and I don't even know what it is I was suppose to have received. I want this charge removed my account and I want some assurance that my account will not be billed again.

unauthorised VISA charge
My VISA account was charged a fee of $9.99 for something I did not order or know anything about. The charge was reference no. 0172 and my account no. is 7146.

unathorized deductions
i only signed up for free trials for whitening brites and also dazzle whites and never authorized for money to be taken out of my bank account except for the shipping and handling. but on my bank statement i was charge for dazzle whites $58.76 and for whitening brites for $88.97 along with axiswellnessportal.com for $9.99. the is a scam and i what to warn others not to fall for the trial size gimmick. don"t fall for this misrepresentation. i want my money back a total of $157.72. i would like for a rga to return product i never used as well as for the axiswellnessportal. please email me your response.

These people took $9.99 out of checking and $58.76 out for monthly fee. Never recieved anything and this is the same scam that whiteningbrites are using to rip people off. Is anything going to be done about this. I have children to feed and this is the worst thing people can do to someone. Pam
