I went on line to look for a part-time maid and saw several agencies. I finally decided on Axcelmaids because of the low contract fee that they advertise for. I explain what I was looking for so I got a phone call on February 11th at 10:45 pm from a lady name Anna stating that she was from Axcelmaids and that she would like to work for me. I agreed for her to show up on Monday 14th at 8:00 am. Well at 8:20 am no Anna, so I then called Axcelmaids and I talked to Dorothy, and she claimed that she had not heard of Anna, and then she told me that Anna no longer works for them and that Anna had by-passed her to get to me. I did not even recieve an apology from her about that situation. Well then Dorothy told me that she could have someone out to my house by 8:30 and it was already 8:25 I explain to Dorothy that I had to be at work at 11:00 am. So we agreeded to 3:00 pm. Dorothy then ask me to sms her with all of my information. I did with my name, address, home number and cell number.
While at work I get an sms from Dorothy about where was I located at and what bus location or mrt. I sent her an sms of both locations she then said that was not enough so she then sends me an example of how to give directions. I asked her to use a map quest because that is what a good agency would have done.
We went back and forth on that one. My next issue is the price she advertise 3 hours for $40.00. All I said was that I need some one to take care of my ironing on the first Monday and maybe the following Monday clean the 3 bathrooms and change the sheets on 2 beds. That should not take 3 hours. So now she wants to charge me $50.00 for 3 hours. I stated to Dorothy that I'am a very clean person and just wanted a little help I'm not asking for someone to clean my whole house I can do that I just need a little help.
I feel that Axcelmaids do not hold true to their name.
Why would anyone be so difficult and not understand what I was trying to say.
