I called a Toshiba customer service on Saturday that I talked to on Thursday of this week.

Instead of getting the customer service department my call was intercepted by a message that advised me to call 1015158000 to the directory assistance.

This is some kind of a scam. I will try on Monday and if I get this number again I will fax or email Toshiba. I refuse to get involved with some scam.
