I am representative of an Albanian company, "COLLARI' Shpk ALBANIA.
We have been in contact by emails, with ATLANTIC TRADING INTERNATIONAL INC, with address : 3280 Sunrise HWY#354 Wantagh, NY 11793, Tel.(631)592-1920, Fax.(516)541-8468.
This company has offered a container 22 MT of STOCK LOT WHITE UNCOATED WOOD FREE OFFSET PAPER, 75 GSM (G/M2), with the sizes 61 *86 cm, 61*43cm and 50 * 70 cm.
We opened a L/C at Sight for this order with the sum of USD16, 346.00 and when my Bank, ALPHA BANK of ALBANIA, received all the necessary documents by the Bank of the seller, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK (seller's acc. no.3875 MERRICK ROAD, SEAFORD, NY 11783, USA.Account number :788 286409, SWIFT : CHASU33, ABA Number 021-000021), then my Bank remitted the money to the seller.
When, after some days, the container arrived in ALBANIA, we sow that all the quantity of the paper that was in container, was totally not as by our company order.It was not all WHITE, it was not all 75 GSM, and it was not as by sizes 61*86 cm, 61*43cm, 50*70cm. It was in different colors, in different GSM and in the sizes, totally in 210*279mm, which is not an EUROPIAN standart(EUROPIAN STANDART is 210*297mm).
For this reason, all this container with USA paper is out of use for me and with no value.We can not sell it because it is out of EUROPIAN - ALBANIAN standart.
I ask from ATLANTIC TRADING INTERNATIONAL INC. to refund back all my money, otherwise it is a fraud company backed by JP MORGAN CHASE.
