I felt like total RIP OFF!

I had a really bad experience with these company. I scheduled a move early in the morning at 8:30 and they didn't showed up till 12:00. They were not even sorry for this and the lady behaved rudely when I called their office. This was not the only thing I was disappointed with, this was just the beginning and I never thought this is going to be nightmare for a month.

The guys showed up at 12:30 and started moving, one guys started showing lots of paper work and other two started moving stuffs to the truck. He put me in a situation that I could not read all the papers and I just had to sign where he asked me to do so.

In one of the papers he mentioned prices of all the moving materials. In this chaotic circumstances I could not check it properly. Everything was going well and as per my earlier conversation with the agent from the company I was expecting a total amount of $87 multiplied with X number of hours and some extra bucks for tax and moving material. So in total I was expecting around $450. But to my surprise I was asked to pay $1050 for my stuffs to be moved to the storage. For your information I had just one BR apartment and very few furnitures and again I had already packed most of my stuffs except the furnitures. So when I asked him how come this became over $1000 and this is what I found - he charged hundreds of dollars for packing materials like tapes, two boxes and packing a glass table top. I will post the breakdown in another post but this was just "RIP OFF" I called the lady and she behaved so rude and also threatened for not moving my stuffs from the storage to my new home.

I lived under nightmares for a month, this was not over. When I took their service she mentioned that the storage will be FREE, but after moving she asked me to come and pay $97 in cash for storage or she will not schedule a move.

I said I will pay whatever you ask but please give my stuffs, and finally I got my stuffs. When they arrived my home, I said just dump all the stuffs and please GO AWAY. But again these are real CROOKS, he said it will take 2 hours to do that, I said I will help you with this and do it in one hour. So me and my wife started helping these F***** and this is what they did. after 45 minutes when they were almost over one guy left my home and I found him smoking outside where as the other one was just wondering outside.

This is how these guys provide their services. I made a biggest mistake in my life not reading reviews before taking their services. So if you are considering their service please see all the reviews and than decide.

MY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE "PLEASE STAY AWAY!!" from these RIP OFF ARTISTS.

I have paid around $1495 for moving a one BR apartment inside the same city.
