Promised to set up commercial web page that would return the down payment of $8, 000 in one month. Caller found out credit limit on credit card and then took the whole amount. Not one cent was made in profit or returned. So called manager wanted to know credit limit as pretence of eligibly of purchase of the web site. I have unsuccessfully requested all money be returned in full.
