I booked an apartment C107 in One BHK Project of Apple A Day Property in the year 2007 and paid almost 85% of the total cost by 2009. The owners promised to hand over the unit by 2009. I made several phone calls, emails and personal visits to follow up on the status and every time they were cheating us by false promises. Fnally in April 2011 one of their customer service people called us and promised to hand over the unit by 2011 and now we heard that they are absconding with our hard earned money. How can we get our money back? Please help us if anybody can.
