Down right fraud
In the beginning of April of 2008 I was looking for work home opportunties and came across Anglea Penbrook and rebate processing. I though that is very easy, so I began to read her entire website information and thought this is just what I am looking for so I signed up and paid $197.00 to get started. I went directly to the website and found that it was nothing that was advertise. please don't waste your time with this down right dirty fraud she should be ashame of herself .

scam or not?
I'm like everyone else when it comes to Angela & her program. I had to fight like the dickens to even find out how to get back into her website & then once this was accomplished, found it didn't correspond with what she had represented on her original information. I was scared that I wouldn't receive my money back after being referred to this site & reading all the horror stories but called her 866 number, talked to a nice gal named Nicole, cancelled the product, followed up with an email to her customer service email address & amazingly this morning a credit for the whole $197.00 appeared on my VISA statement! So, this is a leap of faith for all of us & I can't complain about her a bit other than I'm disappointed that it wasn't as represented. Good luck & don't give up!

Money for nothing
Paid 197.00 for rebate processing was never able to load the rebate system. Sent emails to company help desk 3 times a week apart. The only phone calls I got was from other people asking for thousands of dollars to start internet publicity sites. NEVER recieved a call or email back on the rebate processing. Had to cancel through my CC company.

Scam
Boy am I glad I Googled this scam. As they say, if it sounds too good, it isn't. Glad I found this page and read your letters. Thank God I didn't send any money that I really could not afford. Why is she still online with this scam? She should be arrested for theft. They should take her site offline.

Not what it says it is
Angela Penbrook at 866-885-8126 was very misleading. Stated that this is a money back guarantee. That is not true. I had to go through my bank and they stated that they can reverse the charges in 3 days. I had to go through the fraud department. Don't give up, you should be able to get your money back if you used a credit card. This could very easily be considered a scam. Buyer beware.

Not Rebate Processing
Paid $197 to do online rebate processing. What I got was information on selling and advertising. You also have to place your own ads and hope someone goes to your sites. You might get someone to buy, but if not you don't get paid anything. I have written a refund request but have not gotten a response as of yet.

Bait & Switch
The bait is that you think you are about to sign up for an opportunity to process rebates at home but when you complete the form with your credit card information and hit continue you now find out what the site is really promoting. You learn that you are now supposed to advertise on web sites and process your own rebates if you can get somebody to click on and purchase the advertisement. You will also have to pay additional amounts of money to get listed with Yahoo and Google to get your ads broadcast. If people click on your add but don't buy it costs you money. Only when they make the purchase does it paying you. I suggest if you have gotten this far you can try to reach their customer service # 1-800-785-8042 and ask for your money returned. They make you wait a long time before answering the phone. When they do make sure to get a confirmation number and a name of who you talked to and then call your credit card company's dispute department and make sure you report the incident.

not as advertised
This is advertised as rebate processing and has absolutely nothing to do with rebate processing. It is advertising and selling.
