Never paid the rebate
This company should be held accountable for all the people they have taken advantage of by not paying the rebate as promised.

Cordless phone rebate
I purchased an ATS cordless phone at Walgreens on 7/31/07, activated it, and submitted a rebate request for $15 to PayN'Talk Rebate, Offer #H811559, P.O. Box 100546, White Bear Lake, MN 55110-0546. The ATS website assigned me a claim number and stated the request was "being processed". Nothing else has happened. We didn't continue to use the phone because the max. volume was too low. The BBB in Colton, CA informed me they got no response, and the company has an "F" rating, with 209 complaints, 183 unanswered. I have contacted the Ohio Attorney General, Consumer Protection Section, 877-AG4OHIO for assistance.

Bad service

Never received Pay N' Talk rebate
My husband and I purchased a cordless phone package from American Telecom. We were supposed to receive a $25 Pay N' Talk rebate. I sent the rebate information in nearly a year ago. I've e-mailed the company and get the same generic response everytime. I am told I will receive my rebate very shortly and never do. I've also called American Telecom more than once. I'm told I will receive my rebate soon and never do. I've asked to speak to the manager and the employees I talk to refuse to let me talk to him or her. There appears to be a lot of people out there who are having the same problems. Please let me know if anyone got a class action lawsuit going.

PayN'Talk rebate
I submitted the requirements for a $15 PayN'Talk rebate (H811559) last November and to date have not received it. When I called the phone number on the rebate form I was referred to a website. When I checked the web site I was referred to the phone number. I emailed twice with no response. Now the phone number gives a constant busy signal and the website no longer exists.

Rebate never received
I bought an American Telecom PayN'Talk phone with $25 rebate from Fry's Electronics. We sent the rebate to the company as it told us on the 21st of January 2008, and we have not received anything for 4 months. We have sent them two e-mails asking about the rebate, and they still have not sent back the money.

Did not receive $15 rebate on telephone!
I bought my ATS telephone in July, 2007 at Walgreens in Sedona, AZ. It promised a $15 rebate. I sent in the necessary rebate, and saw on their internet website that it had been received and is "being processed" -- since last August! I have called various telephone numbers and talked to many ATS representative in the past few months. They keep saying the same thing: "Your rebate is on it's way" NOT!! I have told the Sedona Walgreens manager and all my friends about the ATS scam and not to buy any of their products or do business with American Telecom again.

Rebate not received!
This company never paid rebate. I think the Government needs to ban all rebates. If the companies would lower their price instead of offering rebates, we would maybe buy things more often. I think all rebates are just a way to steel.

Have not recieved $15 rebate
I mailed in my rebate form and upc code and it was received on 8/6/2007. When I check the rebate site, it always says it is being processed. The phone I bought is mediocre and makes weird noises when you are using it. I feel like I have been cheated. They are advertising a phone at Walgreen's this week with a $5 rebate which they probably won't honor. They shouldn't be allowed to continue offering rebates if they aren't going to give them.

Cheating ads!
Cheat customer, fake ads, never get rebate for the products they advertised. This company should get punished for their bad business behavior.
