they made me pay my whole bill and didnt do some of the areas on my neck for which i paid already.
They made me pay 35 dollars as late fees for every time I past even 5 mins after my appointment time.
the lady in the reception argues that i should call 5 mins before my appointment time even though i showed up there. they said that it was a no show even though i was there 5 mins late.
the manager didnt want to talk tome and reception lady said that the mmanager is going to call me 2 days later. If they cant wait for 5 mins. why should I wait for 2 days and why should I wait for months to get my treatment which they didnt give me even after paying the money.
