My husband purchased a remote engine starter for my birthday from All In One Stop on Saturday, February 3, 2008. Prior to leaving the premises the manager anxiously showed us the scratched paint on the drivers side of the door. We acknowledged that we already knew that was there. We were told by the manager he was going to give us a call when the truck was ready. We waited and waited and decided to return to the shop around 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening. They had already closed and since we saw someone walking around, we knocked on the door for them to let us in to pick up our vehicle. Tried to use our credit card to pay for services rendered, was then told that their credit card machine was down and then another employee told us that the machine is broken and has been for months. The worker showed us how to operate the keyless remote and how to start the engine. I noticed that my car mat was missing on the drivers side and then asked for it. He then said oh okay, I took it out and forgot to put it back. We then had to leave the shop to retrieve money from an ATM machine at the grocery store across the street. On Sunday morning, I noticed that my seat on the drivers side was broken and literally hanging to the point it looks like it's going to fall off in a minute. We had to wait until the shop opened on Monday, February 5, 2008 to report this issue to the manager. He tried to tell us that the seat was alaready in that condition. If my seat was already like that why didn't he anxiously point that out just like he pointed out the scratch on the vehicle, plus he had our phone number to call us to let us know. If my seat were already in that condition, I would have gotten my seat repaired versus getting a remote engine starter for $275.00. He justified the situation by lying. I will never nor will I ever refer anyone to that shop.
