The rates they are charging people on previous contracts are redicoulous.when natural gas & electricity rates are 30 % to 40% higher priced than any other compeditor, they should be obliged to let their customers know that the rates could be lowerd by a simple phone call.Instead they seem to be more interested in taking your hard earned money!

I was promised by a door to door salesperson that my utilities would go down a huge amount by signing with Alberta Energy Savings. I have progressively seen my bills get bigger and bigger and with two kids to support it is getting out of control. I phoned to cancel yesterday and it will cost me $400 to get out. How do they get away with doing this to so many people and not get held accountable? This is definately a hard knocks lesson. ALBERTA ENERGY SAVINGS ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!
