The day I started working here, the boss clarified that as long as I come to work everday on time, I will receive my guaranteed $440 a week. Now that I've been working here 3 weeks full time, and it's time to give me my paycheck, they pull me into the office and tell me that they're only going to pay me $17.00 for my 80 hours of work. So now that they already took advantage of me for 80 hours and got free labor (as they do to a lot of new employees), they decide to tell me that I'm not selling enough. So, I'm not going to get my guaranteed $440 now. Instead, I have to work an extra hour every night and I also have to work on Saturdays now. They were just trying to keep me there as long as they could (so they could get free labor). But now they're finally breaking the news to me about how I'm not going to get paid the $440 (now that I've been there 3 weeks and it's time to pay me). They stole my time, and lied about the pay and the hours. Now they're saying I have to sell $2250 worth of items in order to receive the $440 a week (which was never brought to my attention until now).

Furthermore, several other employees have quit recently for this same reason. They were taken advantage of as well. In fact, one guy said that with how much time he put into this business, he could've made more money mowing lawns!

Overall, this business lies to everybody on the first day, this way they can keep them working for 3 weeks for free. Then, once the employee finds out the truth, they quit. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! They hire people every day just to replace the people that quit everyday.
