I tried a Free Trial of a Teeth Whitening and paid $4.99 for shipping. Before I know it, I was charged $23.98 for a full whitening kit. I called customer survice and explained why I shouldn't pay this $23.98 again and again. People at Customer service are so incompetent. Didn't (try to) understand what I was saying. I really do hope they are going to stop this very soon before there will be millions of victims.

Offer for free product sample of Acai Berry productwith only paying shipping and handling charges. Then they charged credit card for $ 78.00 +, and on calling them they state that "it says in terms and conditions" if you don't call them in 14 days they will begin billing you. The original shipping notice I received also "does not state these terms and conditions". "This was not a part of the pop up site" on which I ordered the product. They have stated they will "continue to charge", but if I return the second bottle, which they say is on the way to me as of 2/9/09 I can return it and they will provide a credit. Based on other comments posted, it appears I will continue to experience difficulty with this situation.

I too feel I've been taken advantage of. You are offered a FREE 14-day sample for $4.99 shipping and handling. I did not think the product did anything and when the package came it DID NOT say you had to call to not be charged $78.81 for the rest of the pills. You are shipped a bottle of 60 which if you're told it is a free 14-day sample why give you a full bottle - why? so the company can rip you off for $78.81. I think this really stinks. I hope these people can sleep at night ripping me and I'm sure plenty of others off.

I ordered the $4.99 trial bottle of "Acai Berry" and realized right away that it was too expensive and not worth the price. I tried to cancel my order immediatly and was told that they could not cancel it even though I had placed the order about 2 minutes before calling them. Before I knew it, I was disconnected from the call and was unable to reach them the entire day. I read that I need to return the product within14 days and I need an RMA number or they will not accept it and they will start charging my credit card $70.00/month for this stuff. I have had extreme trouble reaching them and when I finally did, they told me they had no record of my order number on file and could not help me. I tried to reach them again but continue to get a recording or a busy signal. I am going to call my credit card co. tomorrow and make sure no more charges are made to these thieves. THIS IS A SCAM !!!

I received the free trial bottle of Pure Acai Berry and am currently taking this product. Thus far, I can't tell that the product is effective. However, I have tried time and time again to contact this company to tell them not to automatically send me another bottle and charge my credit card. I do not want them to assume that I want to re-order the product. If the product does what they claim it will do, I will definitely order again. I have tried to call this company several times and I NEVER get an answer. I can't even leave them a message requesting that they call me back. If I get a charge on my credit card for another bottle of Acai Berry that I did not order, I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau.
