Advanced Wellness research, Inc. sent me a trial one month's supply of Pure Rez V Pro, which is supposed to give you energy and help you lose weight and look and feel better. I called them within the first week and told them that I positively did not want to continue receiving this product, that I never sign up for anything without trying and proving it first. I also emailed them and told them the same thing. Today I received a second bottle, which costs over $70 and that money was charged to my credit card account. I called them and told them that they made a mistake and that I did not want to bottle and did not want to continue getting their product. But, first of all, I told them that I had already called and cancelled this weeks ago. Check this savvy trick...he immediately cancelled my subscription and then told me that since my subscription was now cancelled, he could do nothing to take the product back or credit my account. In essence, I will have this charge on my c/c bill this month. I told him that I refused to pay for something that i had already cancelled but he kept repeating that he could not help me since he had just cancelled my account. OF course, I became unglued. I also found out that his name was Tom Wilson and he was in India (I seriously doubt that Tom Wilson was his name if he was from India). I will not pay for this and i will fight them in court if I have to. I am sick to death of fraud and illegal internet theft. Has anyone else had this experience and what did you do about it. thanks so much for letting me vent...BEWARE of this company...(besides...I have found no results after one month with this so called miracle product!)

Was not sent product and did not authorize VISA charges. I agreed to pay for $5.00 shipping only - was billed $78.93. Phoned and was told they would only give me a 50% discount for an item never received! Sent letter of complaint. AKA www.mywhitening.com, www.whiteningnow4free.com.

Well first of all I ordered this trial bottle of pill for $4.99 on 2/10/09, which is what you are told at the time. Then I was charged $78.81 on 2/26/09. Then they sent me another bottle which I did not order and they charged my credit card $83.80 I sent the bottle back 3/19/09. Well I got my credit card statement on 4/18/09, and they still didn't credit my account. And the bottle got back to them by 3/21/09. So I called today 4/18/09 and talked with a service person(if that what you want to call them). Told him I wanted by refund. He said he couldn't do that. So I ask for a supervisor, and he said one was not there.

So he asked me to hold on a minute to see if he could sort it out. Then came back on the phone and told me he could credit my card for $78.81 he couldn't give me back the postage. Which I paid $2.26 to send it back. So here I am with this bottle of pill that was suppost to be $4.99 which turned in to a Big Scam. I'm sure if I did not follow up on this they would not have credited me any money. Lucky I sent it back delivery confirmation.
So that way I know they got it. Don't order nothing from these people.

PLEASE BE WARNED. DO NOT fall for this scam as I did. I agreed to the free trail then tried repeatedly to contact this bogus company within the 14 day trial period. It is impossible to get a live person. I tried again today and finally got through to some foreign jobby who was not very fluent in English. After a minimum of 35 minutes on the phone and being placed on hold 3 times, the call was conveniently disconnected. These people have charged my credit card twice in one month for additional product that has never been received. I requested a full refund and they tell you they can only refund $60.00 because I did not comply with their terms and conditions. Hopefully the BBB can do something about this terrible scam.

I am writing you this letter beacause I am so disappointed in the product Aci Berry. I have taken this for two weeks and haven't seen any results at all.. No weight loss, no energy, nothing. I don't want to receive anymore of this product.
