charged my credit card without permission

A bill for a credit card issued to a deceased relative all of a sudden is being mailed to me with charges not paid and interest and finance charges as well.
the charges are for an internetsvs com with a phone number 888 298-1382 I called the number and a recording tells you to go to their website and fill out a support ticket. There is a web page but no support page...they take your orders and your money if you let them. There was never anything shipped to this address, only the bill from the credit card company. The party billed has been deceased 2.5 years so that card hasn't been used since forever.

I was billed $84.97 on my USbank credit card.5/07. I called the credit card company and was refunded because I did not purchase this product. (ald enterprised hoodia). I was then rebilled by the cc. The cc says I have to cancel the bill with ald hoodia. I called their 866-882-3186 # and was given an on line acct. Adiprinerx.com. I have accessed this acct but am unable to open their contact page. I did not purchase this product nor did I receive it. At this time I have a bill of $105.80 on my credit card. This is including a late charge. Can you help me? thanks,mj
