dear sir, we purchased acer laptop model travelmate4070 in june 2006 for our office after listening the good reputation acer company but results were altogether different after purchase/use.the notebook had developed multiple problems including keyboard, mouse pad, usb ports went out of order, frequent hang ups, problematic booting & very slow speed.despite contacting many technicians, problems remain un-resolved hence affecting acers reputation adversely.it is therefore humbly submitted to rectify the problems at earliest.
