I was rear-ended by another driver with Access General Insurance. The company is a piece of junk. It has been more than two months, my car is still not fixed.
They don't answer the phone.
They don't call back.
They gave me $346.88 for my car (a brand new 2011 Toyota Sienna) damage. Is that a joke?
When the body shop told me they could not fix the dent on the bumper and the bumper needs to be replaced, the adjuster told me I need to to file the claim with my insurance company and she has done her job.
I filed a complaint to the Department of Insurance for help on my case. I suggest people who encounter problems do the same.
Hopefully there will be enough legal action taken against this company to ensure that nobody will deal with this type of crap.
